    and sourdough, complimented with Vermont goat cheese butter garnished with lavender seeds

  • House smoked salmon with tender baby greens, pickled onions, horseradish cream, red and yellow roma tomatoes and red pepper vinaigrette
Main Course
  • Miso soy laquered Patagonia bass and tournedos of beef garlic roasted mashed potatoes, broccolini, white asparagus and roasted spring vegetables with a pan jus
Dessert
  • Individual red velvet cake with layers of red sponge cake and cream cheese garnished with berries, whipped cream, strawberry coulis and signature white chocolate "logo" written in red
